MY STORY
When I was building, I needed someone who'd already made the mistakes, knew the right people, and would roll up their sleeves alongside me. She didn't exist. Now she does.
I’ve spent 18 years in the trenches as a founder, operator, and builder. I grew Paleo Scavenger from an idea to 1,500+ retail locations and a successful exit via acquisition. I then co-founded AQUA Cultured Foods, raised over $10M, secured 19 patents, earned FDA regulatory approval, and landed placements with Michelin-starred chefs in a category that barely existed when we started. Before that, I spent a decade at Schreiber Foods managing commercial relationships from $15M to $140M.
I know what it feels like to have a vision and not enough hours, resources, or runway to execute it the way you imagined. I’ve navigated investor boards, M&A processes, go-to-market strategies built from scratch, and manufacturing facility buildouts that had to work the first time.
